The workbench for the work
your firm repeats.
AmpliDesk turns the routines a team runs every week — pulling data from the sources you nominate, recomputing the same indicators, assembling the same report — into workflows that run the same way every time. Every figure in every output carries its source and timestamp.
AmpliDesk is workflow automation software. We do not provide investment advice, we do not manage or hold client assets, and we do not carry on any regulated activity. All decisions and sign-offs remain with your licensed professionals.
What the workbench does
Repeatable workflows
A task is defined once and then runs the same way every time — sources, steps, thresholds and outputs are all explicit, not held in someone's head.
Traceable by default
Every figure carries its source and timestamp, and source checks run inside the workflow rather than after it. Nothing has to be re-checked blind.
Your method, captured
The checklists and criteria your senior people apply become reusable, auditable templates that stay with the firm rather than leaving with the person.
Quality gates built in
Deterministic checks run first — source validation, range and consistency rules. AI-assisted review is sampled on top, and anything flagged goes to a person, never silently into an output.
Monitored collection
Every scheduled data pull is watched. A failed or missed collection surfaces immediately — a report is never built on silently stale data.
Under your brand, optionally
Professional firms can deliver the workbench to their own clients under their own brand, with responsibility remaining with their licensed professionals.
What runs on it
Each client environment is configured as its own desk, around the routines that firm actually repeats. Examples of the kinds of workflows AmpliDesk runs:
IPO & new-listing research
Structured pipelines from filing data and market sources to a review-ready research note — every figure traceable to its source.
Portfolio & holdings monitoring
Scheduled tracking of positions against your own thresholds, with anomalies surfaced for your team rather than buried in a feed.
Family-office reporting
Recurring reports, briefings and compliance calendars assembled from your nominated sources, in your house format, on your schedule.
Legal workflow support
Drafting and review support for professional firms — delivered under the controlling professional's judgement.
Where we are today
AmpliDesk is in live production. It is in daily production use with our first client, running recurring research and operations workflows end to end, and we are onboarding a small number of new firms by invitation.
Every engagement still starts the same way: a scope agreed in writing before anything starts — one routine, a baseline you record yourselves, a success standard and a hard deadline. If the agreed standard isn't met, the pilot simply ends.
At a glance
How responsibility works
The AI proposes. You decide. You stay accountable. AmpliDesk produces drafts, analysis and flags for your professionals to judge. Nothing goes out the door without your sign-off — the tool carries the work, your firm carries the judgement.
